When he was younger, André Reefs wanted to be a pilot. That never happened. But he certainly turned out to be a high flyer in the mill. “The work we do is varied and challenging, and we have very high standards for hygiene, order and tidiness,” André says. He is a member of the miller’s guild in the Commandeursmolen. The 45 year-old from Vaals (partner; child; hobbies: work and computer) also points out the numerous projects in the mill. “Interesting. Right now we are setting up new cracking and grinding mill rollers to make different kinds of grains, flakes and cracked products.”
